China, Republic, [PCGS SP62] gold pattern dollar, ND (1923), Tientsin

China, Republic, [PCGS SP62] gold pattern dollar, ND (1923), Tientsin Mint, Tsao Kun in civilian dress (LM-1126, K-1572), Ordered for the proclamation of Tsao Kun's reign as President of China in 1923. It's silver counterpart already rare, but the gold issue stands even taller making it a SUPERB RARITY in Chinese numismatics! Only 5 higher grade examples on PCGS census. Truly unmissable.
