Column floor lamp - Wood, engraved

Hand-turned wooden exhibition column – Years ’50–’60 A slim, decorative presence, designed to highlight a vase, a sculpture, or a collectible object. Dating to the 1950s–1960s, this handcrafted display column stands out for its turned wooden shaft: a succession of rounded elements, interspersed with moldings and shaped fittings, creates a pleasant rhythm of forms and reflections. The warm tones of the wood and the glossy finish enhance the column’s profile, giving it charm even as an autonomous furnishing element. The circular top offers a compact display surface, while the molded round base harmoniously completes the whole. Ideal for enhancing a ceramic piece, an artistic glass vase, or a small work of art, it fits in an entryway, a living room, or a corner dedicated to one’s collections. Its classic character also lends itself to pairings with contemporary furniture and boho-chic settings. * Era: years ’50–’60 * Craft: handmade, turned wood * Height: 102 cm * Base diameter: 35 cm Shows signs of age and use, visible in photography, particularly along the edges of the top surface and the base, which attest to its history. Given the presence of old woodworm holes, a preventive treatment has been carried out. A sculptural piece, capable of transforming a decorative object into the focal point of the room. Careful packaging and trackable shipping throughout Europe.
