On the sides of the ring, two Latin crosses engraved to sublime, affirming its sacred and timeless character in golden bronze. The Sacred Heart of Jesus - Symbol of Love and Redemption is one of the most powerful symbols of Christianity, representing the infinite love of Christ for humanity. It embodies both divine compassion, redemption and mercy. The heart burning with love: The Sacred Heart is often depicted aflame, showing the intensity of divine love that is surrounded by thorns, symbolizing the suffering and sacrifice of Christ for humanity. It is surmounted by a cross, reminding of the Passion and Redemption. Radiant with light: It expresses divinity and grace, illuminating the world. The Sacred Heart in Christian Religion developed in the Middle Ages, but became popular in the 17th century after the revelations of Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque, a Visitation nun from Paray-le-Monial (France). An Universally Symbol of Hope and Faith, of God's unconditional love for humanity, of mercy and forgiveness for all sinners, commitment and faith, reminding believers of their bond with Christ.
