ARTIST'S COMMENTS: The painting depicts a glass of whisky in motion capturing the moment when the amber liquid rises in a vortex as if the glass had just been bumped or shaken. The glass displays complex reflections and plays of light that break into a range of warm hues from golden to deep caramel. Drops of whisky detach from the rim of the glass suspended in midair with details so sharp that they appear three-dimensional. The hyperrealism pushes every detail to the limits of perception making it almost possible to hear the sound of the liquid swirling and the aroma of this delightful moment. :: Type: Painting Medium: Oil Style: Photorealism Subject: Food & Wine Width: 20.0 Height: 28.0 Depth: 4 Weight: 2 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
