Celia - Amused rubbed and faded date and signature (lower left lithograph on Toyoshi paper, published by Gemini G.E.L., Los Angeles, with their blindstamp 102 x 74cm, Sale; Sotheby's, 30 September 2015, lot 62, Condition Report, Condition Report, The Sotheby's cataloguing suggests that this is editioned 52/100, this is not immediately obvious upon inspection. The date and signature and VERY rubbed and faded, to the point of being indeceipherable. The work is framed and glazed, it has not been removed from the frame, so the reverse of the sheet has not been examined. There is a 9cm repaired tear at the right sheet edge as well as two further repaired tears, each 2.5 cm, also at the right sheet edge, a 14 cm diagonal crease across the lower right sheet corner. Two soft 12 cm vertical creases in the lower image areas, two fox marks in the image area, some areas of pale yellowish brown staining mostly at the sheet edges.
