Elegant vintage DOXA “Precision Anchor” pocket watch, equipped with a 15-jewel manual-wind mechanical movement. One of the most attractive aspects of this specimen are the inscriptions on its open caseback, recalling important historical recognitions associated with DOXA: “Hors Concours Liège 1905” “Médaille d'Or Milan 1906” “Membre du Jury Paris 1925” “Ancre de Précision – 15 Rubis” The movement is also signed DOXA, while the case bears the seal “Metal Argentan – DOXA – Déposé”. Particularly notable is its elegant champagne-colored dial, with distinctive stylized Art Déco hour markers, an additional red 24-hour scale, and a small seconds subdial at six o’clock.
