Pair of vintage chandelier earrings from a runway collection, signed by the famous French designer Edouard Rambaud Paris, dating from the late 1980s / early 1990s. This specific celestial-motif model is considered one of the most iconic and sought-after pieces by the designer. It is a unique opportunity for collectors and enthusiasts: the model is currently sold out in all vintage boutiques, fashion galleries, and international luxury platforms, making this pair an exceptionally rare item on the market. The jewelry is made of heavy gold-toned metal with a rich brushed and hammered surface finish reminiscent of ancient archaeological goldwork. The design features an upper shield-shaped perforated plate from which hangs a symmetrical and mirrored cascade of four movable original charms: Delicately incised crescent moon A radiant geometric sun with dangling fringe Oval convex medallion with a relief four-leaf clover motif Lobed lantern/shell charm State of Preservation and Technical Notes: The jewelry shows slight and normal signs of wear on the back, which do not detract in any way from the extraordinary beauty and luster of the piece. The front of the earrings is in exceptional condition, with the gold plating vivid and without visible defects when worn. All four lower charms on each earring are present, secure, and 100% original. Functioning: Both clips work perfectly, with a solid, decisive snap and a secure fit on the earlobe. Details to note: For full transparency, it should be noted that one of the two clips is missing the small comfort rubber at the back (easily replaceable) and shows signs of a vintage professional intermittently repaired modification at the hinge, but this does not affect its solidity. There are small, normal accumulations of verdigris limited to the back mechanisms, typical of vintage fashion jewelry. Authenticity and Hallmarks: The earrings are signed on the back with the original oval cartouche stamp. In one piece, the hallmark is unusually crisp and fully legible on three lines ('Edouard / Rambaud / Paris'). In the second piece, the mark is partially crushed due to the earlier repair intervention on the clip mentioned above. The authenticity and perfect match between the two pieces remain indisputable. The King of Parisian Couture Boho: Edouard Rambaud was one of the leading designers in Parisian jewelry and fashion at the turning of the late 1980s and early 1990s.
