Elegant Vintage White Gold Ring With Natural Pearl & Diamond Set

Jewellery from the 1960s is characterised by optimism and a belief in progress. After the organic forms of the 1950s, a renewed fascination with geometry emerged in the age of the space race. Rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings – the colour of the era was once again white. Our present ring fits perfectly into this theme and features refined white materials. Like actors on a stage, the three main elements of this ring make their entrance. A beautiful bouton-shaped orient pearl with a white lustre and two old-cut diamonds, totalling 0.42 carats, take centre stage. Framing them like a curtain are two rows comprising a total of 20 brilliant-cut diamonds, which encircle the trio and meet at the ring’s shoulders. Despite its exquisite embellishment, the entire ring head appears airy and open, while a finely crafted undergallery allows plenty of light to reach the world’s hardest gemstones, enabling their fire to shine brilliantly. The ring shank consists of five individual strands that converge into one. Although united, the strands remain distinct and visible, making the band wonderfully exciting despite its simplicity. The ring came to us here in Berlin and was likely crafted in Germany.
