Elmo, Sankyo

Interesting collection lot of three Japanese 8mm film cameras from the 1960s and 1970s: an Elmo Super 8 Sound 600S, Sankyo Super CM 300, and Canon Cine Canonet 8. Three different models that nicely illustrate the development from 8mm to Super 8 and sound film. The Elmo is supplied with its original carrying case and battery holder. The photos form an integral part of the description. Sold exclusively as one complete lot. 1. Elmo Super 8 Sound 600S – circa 1976 Japanese Super 8 sound film camera with Elmo Zoom 8–50 mm f/1.8, automatic/manual zoom and exposure control. This model was introduced in 1976. Includes original Elmo carrying case with key and battery holder. A portion of the cover on the handle is missing near the battery section; this is clearly visible in the photos and does not affect operation. Nice collectible camera with light signs of use appropriate for its age. 2. Sankyo Super CM 300 – 1970s Classic Japanese Super 8 camera with Sankyo Zoom 9–30 mm f/1.8. Equipped with automatic exposure and manual/automatic zoom. The model is dated circa 1970–1977. Used vintage condition with normal signs of aging; battery compartment is shown in the photos. 3. Equipped with a Canon C-8 10–25 mm f/1.8 zoom lens, electric film drive and automatic CdS exposure. Nice original condition with signs of use and aging.
