Emilio Payés Carranza (born 1935). Echoes of Paris – Oil on Canvas An atmospheric Parisian street scene evoking the elegance and lively rhythm of the Belle Époque. Beneath a softly illuminated evening sky, pedestrians, flower sellers and horse-drawn carriages animate a broad rain-washed boulevard.
