A precious Germanic shield in 800 silver vermeil and fired enamels (as per the relevant hallmark) made by the prestigious Etruria silversmiths in the second half of the 20th century, and of refined Italian craftsmanship of the era, as evidenced by the silver hallmark bearing the inscription 800. The striking shield features the engraving of vermeil silver enhanced by fire enamels. It is equipped with the original period plexiglass support. Dimensions and weight of the shield: maximum height 7 cm - maximum width 5 cm - silver weight 25 grams. In overall excellent condition, it has no missing parts.
