Figural mantel clock - Spelter, Brass - 1850-1900 - French mantel clock

This is an antique French mantel clock (table clock) in the style of Napoleon III. 19th century, enhanced with figurative elements depicting a woman and a child. The clock has no damage. The child and the woman are a little loose, which is not disruptive. In the front door a new glass has been installed, hence some glue residue around the edge. The clock itself is made of alloy with a bronze patina. I am offering the clock as not running. The clock runs on the half hour and then stops; the movement is complete but needs cleaning, and some parts are missing. The movement is numbered; according to history it is by Japy Frères. The winding key is included. This lot will be carefully packaged and shipped with PostNL.
