[First Edition] Tragedy at the Unicorn Rhode

8vo., 308pp. Solid First Edition of this uncommon Red Badge Mystery featuring Dr. Priestley. Published in the UK the same year. Bound in decorated green cloth with lettering in black on spine and on front board. Square, tight and clean throughout save a bookplate on front paste-down. No toning or foxing to speak of. Very mild wear to spine ends and tips. Very well preserved. Solid unclipped dust-jacket, ($2.00), has chipping to spine ends and folds. A couple of small tape repairs. Spine toning. Not perfect but still bright and complete and impossible to find in any condition. A very pretty collectable copy of a quite scarce item. (Hubin, p.334-335).
