Floor lamp - 1970s Gilded Metal Floor Lamp - Metal

An unusual and striking postmodern floor lamp constructed entirely from gilded metal with a high-shine polished finish. The adjustable-height tubular stem rises from a heavy circular stepped base, supporting an industrial-inspired architectural uplighter head resembling a stylized CCTV camera casing. The shade features a pivoting textured aluminum internal reflector designed for an R7s linear halogen tube bulb, counterbalanced by an integrated black rotary dimmer switch box. The design blends sleek Hollywood Regency glamour with striking industrial brutalism. Good vintage condition with light surface wear, minor oxidation spots, and patina consistent with age and use
