Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Flower pot - Trompe l'Oeil "Royal Academy Pictures" Faux...
wonderfully eccentric late 20th-century novelty container featuring a circular arrangement of faux leather-bound book spines titled "Royal Academy Pictures." Built with a composite core, the exterior displays a richly aged patina with gilt lettering, and the entire structure rests on four decorative metal lion-paw feet. While originally designed as a high-end library waste paper bin, its cylindrical shape and robust interior make it a highly sought-after decorative cachepot or indoor planter for traditional and literary-themed decors.
