Discover practicality, durability and style with our microfiber faux-leather fabric, perfect for adding character, elegance and personality to your home décor projects. Designed for those who want a material that is beautiful to look at, functional and resistant to everyday use, this fabric stands out for its refined faux-leather effect, pleasant to the touch and with a modern, sophisticated appearance. Its faux-leather surface provides visual depth and makes the fabric perfect for contemporary, welcoming spaces with a strong decorative impact. Made of 100% polyester with a weight of 360 g/m², it offers a solid and resistant structure, while the back with a polyester felt support guarantees stability and practicality during processing. The product is easy to clean and suitable for daily life. In case of liquid spills, promptly blot with absorbent paper and then wipe with a soft cloth slightly damp with warm water and neutral soap. Do not use aggressive detergents, degreasers or stain removers directly on the fabric. Remember that water-repellency does not mean impermeability. MEASUREMENTS: 4.00 x 1.40 meters WASHING AND CLEANING: It is recommended to clean the fabric with a soft, slightly damp cloth, using a solution of warm water and neutral soap if necessary. After cleaning, rinse with a cloth dampened only with water and dry with a clean cloth. Avoid aggressive detergents, degreasers or stain-removing products. Before using any cleaner, always test the product on a small hidden part of the fabric. USE: Perfect for lining sofas, chairs, armchairs, ottomans, hope chests, cushions, bed headers and other furnishing accessories, the microfiber fabric with a faux-leather effect is the ideal solution for those seeking a durable, practical, elegant material suitable for professional projects as well as DIY work.
