Übertragung des Lehnsrechtes nach 'Absterben des bisherigen Lehnträgers Johann Hinrich Öhlmann' an Johann Wilhelm Öhlmann 'als Aeltesten' und zahlreiche Familienmitglieder sowie 'den alten Rott-Zehnten zu Stedden'.- Verso handschriftlich betitelt 'Der Öhlmänner Lünebg.
