Reverse: "DEUTSCHES REICH 1913 DREI MARK", with the German Imperial Eagle in the center. - Grade: AU58 (NGC) Silver commemorative coin issued to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Wilhelm II's reign. The obverse portrait is especially detailed, showing the emperor with a solemn bearing and a realistic treatment of the hair, moustache, and uniform, reinforced by the lower laurel crown. The reverse presents the German Imperial Eagle in a powerful and balanced composition, with fine work on the plumage and a very well-defined central shield. The specimen shows an appealing silvery tone with a smooth, homogeneous patina, preserving excellent relief and a very solid visual presence, representative of the great commemorative issues of the German Empire on the eve of World War I.
