Good English ebonised twin fusee bracket clock with pull repeat, the 8" convex cream dial signed Ellicott, 17 Sweetings Alley, London, with a strike/silent lever, the movement with anchor escapement and engraved back plate, striking the half hours and hours on a bell with pull repeat, the ebonised brass inlaid case with an acorn finial, brass side grilles and side carry-handles upon brass ball feet, glazed panelled back door, 21.5" high (pendulum and keys) ** with an ebonised wall bracket ** This clock has been completely overhauled in August 2024 by Carter Marsh & Co of Winchester
