Grossvater Beer Cone Top 168-2 EXCELLENT SCARCE

Brewer/Business Name: Geo. J. Renner Brewing Co., Akron, OhioManufacturer/Plant: CrownDate of manufacture: circa 1940sUSBC reference: 168-2 Contents/Type: 12 ozDimensions: 2-3/4 w x 5 h. Comments/description: Scarce label, very difficult to find this clean. Note the NOT OVER 3.2% stamp on the bottom lid. Has a smooth-as-glass finish despite some areas of under-the-paint humidity and early-stage oxidation on the right side. Some small scratches, nicks, and abrasions can be found throughout but none are overly distracting and most are difficult to detect from even a short display distance. We are unsure of the cause of the lighter areas in the blue so chalk them up to a production anomaly as there is no indication of scouring, paintover, foreign substance, or other manipulation. Beautiful golden spout. All items are original unless otherwise noted. For questions, feedback, or to sell a similar item contact Dan via email.
