Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Grote Hollywood Regency Salontafel met Lucite/Acryl...
Large Hollywood Regency coffee table with Lucite/Acrylic columns and a mirrored lower shelf, France/Italy, circa 1970. Gorgeous and luxurious vintage coffee table in the iconic Hollywood Regency style, inspired by the work of renowned houses such as Maison Jansen or Baguès. This stylish piece is a true eye-catcher in both a classic and an eclectically modern interior. - Material: The table is crafted with heavy, clear Lucite (acrylic) columns resting on richly detailed, gold-colored brass/gilded metal feet and accents. - Tops: The table features an oval clear glass top and a beautifully mirrored lower shelf. The mirror at the bottom creates a deep and spacious light effect in the room. - Period: Circa 1970 (Mid-Century). - Origin: Probably France or Italy. Dimensions: Height 48 cm Width 70 cm Length 120 cm - Condition of the item: The item is in used, authentic vintage condition with signs of aging and specific damage: Glass: The glass top shows light scratches from normal use. It is important to note that there is a chip/damage at the edge of one of the glass panels (see detail photo). Metal and Lucite: The brass and acrylic show light patina and normal signs of aging that are consistent with the furniture’s age. A stunning and imposing design piece with potential, ideal for enthusiasts or restorers. This amazing item is perfect to brighten a modern living room or a mid-century studio. The photos are part of the description (what you see is what you get). Due to the size of the object, pickup in Epe, Netherlands is preferred. Shipping is possible by arrangement, but the organization of transport is the buyer’s responsibility. And (in the Netherlands we can also arrange transport ourselves as the cheapest option; the buyer must pay the invoice).
