Evolution of his style: He first experienced a long figurative period before fully turning to abstraction. He explained this shift by saying that figurative representation stood in the way of what he truly wished to express. His abstract work is characterized by a search for material, the dynamics of gesture, movement, and the energy of colors. Notable exhibition venues: Palace of the Kings of Majorca in Perpignan (2012). Centre d'Art Contemporain d'Issoire. Galerie Franck Marcelin (Aix-en-Provence). Galerie de la Main de Fer (Perpignan), Céret, Collioure, Hôtel Pams in Perpignan (2025). Cote & Art Market Madevery has a market that is essentially direct, institutional, and in contemporary art galleries. He has little to no recent presence recorded in major public auctions. Primary market (Studio / Galleries): His canvases are negotiated directly in contemporary galleries or in the studio. Prices in the studio/gallery for his oils and large abstract formats generally range from €800 to €2,500 depending on the canvas size (notably for mid-to-large formats like 70x80 cm or larger).
