About the artist: Harleen is a self-taught artist, driven by drawing since her earliest childhood. Fate put her on the path of her passion when she crossed paths with major figures of her generation. First an assistant, she painted in the shadow of these renowned artists and participated in the creation of numerous exhibitions across Europe. Gradually, encouraged by those she admired, she dares to take the plunge: to give birth to her own artistic universe. In 2020, Harleen signs her first works under her own name, rich with all the experiences accumulated in the shadows. Her art? A vibrant blend of urban and pop influences. She draws inspiration from 1990s graffiti, the streets that tell stories, and the icons who have marked visual culture. Between pop art and street art, her creations explode with color, textures, and emotion. She paints intuitively, almost viscerally, letting her characters emerge according to the thread of her daily inspiration. About the work: Each painting is made on a 300 g cotton canvas.
