Each of the poems about the Seven Deadly Sins is accompanied by a fabulous Art Nouveau symbolist illustration by Henry Detouche. These are beautifully coloured. In an addition, the cover shows the sins in female form. The work was originally held by staples through stab marks at the spine edge but every copy we have seen has these stab holes, but is loose, as ours is. Good, clean, fractionally darkened covers. Inside, this work is clean and tidy throughout. Unpaginated - but 16 pages (including covers). 37 x 28 cm This has been removed from a large art magazine. Le Grand Guignol.
