Hestela Charbonnier(Esty) - La luna dorata XXL

-Esty- The artist Hestela Charbonnier develops a pictorial research that moves between the floral world and the figurative dimension, creating a continuous dialogue between nature and the human being. Her production ranges from botanically charged compositions full of energy and matter to portraits and figures in which a deep emotional sensitivity emerges. In the floral paintings, color is the absolute protagonist: dynamic brushstrokes, material stratifications, and luminous contrasts transform the flower into a symbol of vitality, transformation, and fragility. The shapes expand on the canvas with an instinctive yet conscious gesture, giving life to intense and engaging compositions. In the figurative works, instead, the artist explores interiority through postures, gazes, and suspended atmospheres. The figures are never simple representations, but become silent narratives, rich in emotion and psychological depth. A common element to both inquiries is the attention to matter and to color as primary expressive tools. Whether it is a flower in full explosion or a figure immersed in its own thoughts, every work reflects a tension between energy and delicacy. This work is digitally created and then acrylic paint, abstract shades, and paint splatters are added. Sealed with a gloss varnish. Each work has additions of paint by spatula or spray. In addition, some also feature gold leaf and gold dust to make the piece unique of its kind, then sealed with a final varnish so that the colors endure over time and the painting becomes more homogeneous and brilliant; it is signed at the bottom right and counter-signed on the back. Please pay attention to the details in the photos. The paintings are photographed before the varnishing. In the photos you can also notice fresh acrylic paint, so you can distinguish the colors from the print. The canvas is high-quality cotton. In 2024 the artist participates in art competitions.
