INDIA, Dhokra Art, 20th century Set of two lidded boxes made of a copper alloy with a brown patina, decorated with geometric friezes and relief motifs, comprising: A rectangular box resting on four small feet, with a hinged lid shaped like a pyramidal roof, a handle at the top, and a ring clasp. H. 14.5 - W. 12.5 - D. 11 cm. A spherical box with a hinged lid topped by a stylized bird, decorated with geometric friezes and a latticework pattern, with a ring clasp. H. 14 cm Lost-wax casting. Signs of wear and oxidation.
