Mother with child indoors Large figurative painting on canvas, presumably executed in oil, depicting an indoor scene with a mother and child. The author is therefore indicated as unidentified, with no attribution. Technique: presumably oil on canvas. Dimensions of the painting: approximately 120 × 70 cm. Overall dimensions with frame: approximately 144 × 84 cm. Period: indicative of the first half of the 20th century, based on stylistic characteristics; dating is not documented. Provenance: private collection. The painting is mounted on a wooden frame and is accompanied by a wide decorative gold frame, included in the sale. The work and the frame show signs of age and use. The frame exhibits abrasions and finish alterations visible in the photographs. Visually, there are no obvious tears in the canvas. Certificates of authenticity or documentation relating to the attribution of the work are not available. Due to the size and delicacy of the work, shipping is not available.
