Jan Pieter De Graaf - Cupboard - Wood, Plywood - Moon

kastobject LUNA was made after I designed the beach pavilion RAPA NUI in Bloemendaal. The unique handmade object is made with the memory of beach huts, and the overlapping roofs are recognizable in the beach bar. The freestanding cabinet has a back at 90 degrees so that it can also be placed in a corner. The cabinet is a design by Jan Pieter de Graaf in his series DEFRIESEMAATKAST, exhibited in several museums, a series awarded the Auguste Papendieck Preise in Bremen. The cabinet can be picked up in Kortrijk, see also www.tovanders.com
