Jean Fillioux - magnum Grande Champagne 1er Cru de Cognac Cep d'Or - b

Magnum Cognac. I base this on the producer style, the Grande Champagne 1er Cru origin, and the typical profile of older export bottlings from the 1975–1985 era. A refined and classic Grande Champagne aroma: deep floral notes, dried apricot, white grapes, and a gentle wave of vanilla. Underneath, you get the signature old‑school character—polished oak, a hint of rancio, and soft almond. The magnum format often preserves freshness, so the nose feels clean, elegant, and slightly honeyed.
