Joe Bar Team - Volume 1. - Lot 80

Joe Bar Team - Volume 1. BAR2 Joe Bar Team - Tome 1. Vents d'Ouest, 1990. Large in-4 hardback, covers illustrated in color. Original 1990 edition by Vents d'Ouest of the first volume in the cult Joe Bar Team series, created by Bar2 (Christian Debarre). The album plunges us into the day-to-day lives of four bikers (Édouard Bracame, Jean-Raoul Ducable, Guido Brasletti and Jean Manchzeck) between open-road escapades and lively discussions at Joe's bar. Now an absolute reference for the biker world, this comic strip shines for its humor focused on bad faith, speed and the roar of 70s mechanics. Bar2's dynamic, expressive line perfectly captures the energy of the chases and the atmosphere of the café-racers.
