The reflection of a facade on moving water becomes an almost abstract image: windows, balconies and moldings merge into waves, veins and textures that recall the bark of a tree or a fabric. Only the isolated fragments on the left betray the architectural origin of the image. A photograph about how reality deforms and blends, and about the effort of looking carefully to understand it. On the back, the artist has handwritten the title and a reflection on the work: "Confusion, mixture, deformation. You have to pay close attention to get it right, to focus, to survive".
