Description: Larry Levow (American, b. 1934), Cave Val d'Stable, Pastel on Sennelier Board, 2000, signed and dated lower left, depicting a courtyard scene with stone building, matted and framed. Frame size: 20 3/4 in. x 24 3/4 in. Larry Levow, a primarily self taught artist, has been active in the design field for over thirty years. An industrial designer by trade, Levow has designed products and logotypes for companies including General Electric, Revlon, JC Penny, and Westinghouse among many others. In 1994, Levow decided to concentrate on his personal art. Since then his work has been showcased on the cover of Coastal Antiques and Art and The Savannah Morning News. His work can also be found in numerous public and private collections in the US and abroad.Measurements: Height: by sight 11 1/4 in. x Width: 15 1/4 in.
