1x XO Lhéraud Cognac No. 48 Lhéraud XO "L'Oublié" No. 48 Cognac is an exceptional spirit produced by the historic Lhéraud house at the Domaine de Lasdoux (Angeac-Charente). The name "L'Oublié" (the forgotten) recalls both the concept of an old barrel rediscovered in the family's historic cellars and the unique design of the bottle and packaging, personally curated by Madame Andrée Lhéraud. Technical Data Sheet and Characteristics Producer: Maison Lhéraud Classification: XO (Extra Old) Alcohol Content: 42% - 43% vol. Aging: Over 10-20 years in Limousin oak barrels, without any added sugar, caramel, or artificial reduction (completely natural aging). Grape Varieties: Primarily Petite Champagne (which provides roundness and a violet aroma), combined with touches of Grande Champagne and Fins Bois for complexity and freshness. Sensory Profile (Specific Description) Color: Deep and warm amber, with golden highlights and excellent visual consistency in the glass. Nose: The impact is intense, mature, and elegant. Sweet notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and cocoa clearly emerge. A very noble and well-defined spicy component follows, including cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves, enriched on the finish by a light, spicy finish.
