Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Limoges - Salt and pepper shakers (5) - Porcelain - Pinch spice shakers
Old salt shaker and pepper shaker set or porcelain spice bowls from Limoges with author’s signature, hand-painted and in an Art Deco style. Includes their metal serving spoons and vintage storage packaging. The bowls’ bodies are white-gloss porcelain decorated by hand with fruit details and green areas, with a rim featuring a gold mount. The storage box or case is lined on the outside with leather-like material and on the inside with yellow silk or satin. On the base of each piece is handwritten inscriptions certifying its artisanal production and origin. These pieces are generally used for salt and pepper (or spices), also as decorative elements on a table. Measurements: bowls 5 cm in diameter and 3.3 cm high. Gold-toned sauce or serving spoons 6.3 cm long. Original storage box 16.5 cm long, 10 cm wide and 4.8 cm high. Given their age, they are in excellent condition, with no breaks, cracks, or restorations in the porcelain pieces. Only some wear to the gilding on the spoons and the packaging box (which does not affect their robustness for use). See the photos, they are part of the description. Both the description and the photos show the features and condition of the product. Please read and observe carefully. If you have any questions or need more information you can contact us.
