'Listening to the Qin' - Porcelain - China - Qing Dynasty (1644-1911)

China, Jingdezhen, Qing Dynasty Blue-and-white export porcelain, diameter 26.3 cm. Central scene: Xi Xiang Ji (The Romance of the Western Chamber), scene “Listening to the Qin.” Edge with four fruit cartouches on a swastika-diaper ground. Back with landscape motifs and the apocryphal six-character mark 大明成化年製. Some minor pinpoint discolorations, on one plate more than the other, otherwise in very good condition.
