Bank title below top margin and arched inwards. Portrait of DeWitt Clinton at center and enclosed within a large circular element flanked by guarantee text and underprinted protectors that read "2." State die at left oriented vertically with identical counters emblazoned "2" seen above and below in the margins. Ovoid counter emblazoned "TWO" at right between identical counters emblazoned "2" seen above and below in the margins. A total of (4) rounded POCs may be seen above the signature panels and the manufacturer's imprint seen at left.
