Alle Auktionen / Sonstige / Longwy - Plate (6) - maurice - Earthenware - Set of 6 Longwy plates
Set of 6 antique Longwy plates – “Maurice” model Art Deco (1920s). A set of 6 antique Longwy porcelain plates, authentic and stamped on the back. This is the sought-after “Maurice” model, dating precisely from the Art Deco period (1920s-1930s). The central decoration, entirely hand-painted, depicts a stylized fruit bowl in blue, yellow, and orange tones, surrounded by a very beautiful brown geometric frieze. The set consists of 6 pieces in total: 3 large plates with a diameter of 24 cm. 3 plates slightly smaller at 22 cm. Condition: used (sold as is). These century-old pieces bear the authentic patina of time: presence of a few light discreet chips around the rim of some plates and small black traces/stains of age under the glaze (see detailed photos). Ideal for a retro-charm table, chic country-style decor, or to complete an existing service.
