From the dense green at the base, the vegetation rises until it lightens into a cloud of ivory-colored and pale yellow leaves, occupying the entire upper part of the canvas. The leaf impressions overlap in very thin layers, creating a minute texture that seems to vibrate with every change of light. A few leaves of bright green emerge among the light mass like a sudden note, while slender violet stems rise vertically, crossing the entire field. The light grows from bottom to top, progressively dissolving the shapes until they become almost impalpable.
