Mara Solène (1982) - Accesa nel rosso

Oil painting on canvas from a collection, large in size. Signed by hand by the contemporary artist Mara Solène and stamped by the Gallery. Titel: Gloeit in het rood Dimensions: 70 x 55 cm Year: 2025 Mara Solène (1982) is a painter who mainly works with oil paint. Her research explores the human figure as a space of relationship between identity, presence and perception. Her works show figures that hover between reality and imagination, with simplified forms and faces that depart from realistic portraiture to become expressive means. At the center of her work is the relationship between the figures: the gaze, the distance and the silent tension that builds in the space of the painting. Her practice moves between figuration and distortion, in an essential quest in which identity remains open and continually transforms. NB: The work will be shipped in a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person the artworks are more beautiful than in the photo: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil paint colors coming to life on the canvas. Shipping via B-Post.
