Marlen - Antiche Città Italiane: Firenze - Edizione...

We present the Marlen Collection of Ancient Italian Cities: Florence Marlen dedicates this collection to Florence, the capital of Tuscany, the Renaissance cradle of Italian art and culture, which has preserved its charm unchanged for centuries. Home to one of the world's most important museums, the majestic Uffizi Gallery, it captivates with its architectural treasures, historic churches, galleries full of masterpieces, and the romantic bridges spanning the Arno. The same banks of the Florentine river offer splendid panoramas, and surrounding you rise the magical Tuscan hills. Here the artistic heritage has no equal, or nearly so, in the world. It was the cradle of the Renaissance and the world capital of art in the 15th century. It boasts one of the historic centers and some of the world's most famous museums. All around it there is one of the most iconic and distinctive landscapes on the planet. In Florence everything is spectacular: from the workshops to the streets that lead to the hills just outside the tourist zones, from the more genuine and popular neighborhoods that emerge just outside the historic center, to the monuments that tell its soul. Florence is an open-air art gallery... The Florence collection features a clip specially designed to reproduce the splendor of the ancient marble columns. The cap and the shaft of these writing instruments are handmade, in blue Italian resin, turned from solid stock. The large ring on the shaft, however, reproduces the lily, the symbol of the city, and the Ponte Vecchio, the quintessential bridge of Florence.
