mary magdalene - Jason Lincoln Jeffers

mary magdalene by Jason Lincoln Jeffers Mixed Media 24.0 x 30.0 :: Some modern writers notably the authors of the 1982 ""Holy Blood Holy Graill"" and Dan Brown in the 2003 novel ""The Da Vinci Code"" hold that: Mary Magdalene was in fact the wife of Jesus and that fact was omitted by Pauline Christian revisionists and editors of the Gospels. These writers cite non-canonical and Gnostic writings in selective portions to support their argument. I agree with these two writers wholeheartedly. I also believe that she represents the Sacred Feminine or what has been well documented throughout the ages of the Knights Templar as ... the HOLY GRAIL. :: Type: Mixed Media Style: Abstract Expressionism Subject: Women Width: 24.0 Height: 30.0 Depth: 1.5 Weight: 11 lbs Framed: no :: All art on Zatista is original and signed.
