Alle Auktionen / Beleuchtung / Montblanc - Meisterstück "Hommage à Wolfgang Amadeus...
We present at auction an authentic gem for collectors, music and writing lovers signed Montblanc: the prestigious Meisterstück fountain pen "Hommage à Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart". This model (known to collectors as 114), famous for its delightful compact size suitable for pocket or bag, stands as an elegant tribute to the genius of the renowned Austrian composer, blending meticulous proportions with the unmistakable luxury of the maison. The body and cap are masterfully crafted in Montblanc's traditional precious black resin, enhanced by the classic luminous gold-plated finishes. The triple central ring is finely engraved with the brand name, and atop the cap sits the inevitable emblem of the white star. The pocketable design has been thoughtfully studied to ensure maximum comfort: the screw-cap can be conveniently screwed onto the pen’s end, allowing the pen to reach optimal proportions and ergonomics for a perfect writing experience. The beating heart of this extraordinary instrument is the magnificent solid gold nib, finely handcrafted and enriched with the traditional engravings of the maison. Technically, the fountain pen is designed for practical and clean use with ink cartridges, a mechanical choice essential and functional given its elegant compact proportions. The photographs confirm the total cleanliness and integrity of the nib section and ink feed. The preserved condition of this specimen is exceptional, effectively as new. The piece is pristine: the resin is perfectly bright, mirror-like, and free of any signs of wear; the gilding is brilliant and intact, evidence of a piece never used or stored with museum-grade care. In keeping with our usual rigorous policy of complete transparency, we confirm the absolute absence of defects, scratches, or customized engravings. To further enhance and completes this lot in an extraordinary way, the fountain pen is offered in its exclusive original collection accessory set. It includes the special square presentation box labeled "Hommage à Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart", inside which, in addition to the pen and its soft protective tissue sleeve, lies the original music CD "Amadeus" (conducted by Sir Neville Marriner) that accompanies and characterizes this special edition. An unmissable opportunity to acquire a true jewel of elegant pocketable engineering.
