Montblanc - StarWalker Carbon Doué - Pen

We present at auction a masterpiece of contemporary design and technical innovation from Montblanc: the extraordinary StarWalker Carbon Doué in Roller / Fineliner version. This model embodies the most modern and futuristic spirit of the maison, fusing the brand’s unmistakable elegance with the use of hi-tech materials of the highest quality. The body of the instrument is masterfully crafted in precious braided carbon fiber, a material renowned for its incredible lightness and strength, which gives the pen a fascinating and deep three-dimensional geometric pattern. To create a magnificent visual and tactile contrast, the cap and the grip section are plated in bright platinum; the cap is further enhanced by an elegant Guilloché finish with horizontal lines finely incised. Dominating the silhouette is the iconic transparent dome on top, inside which the white Montblanc star floats freely. Technically, the instrument is configured as Rollerball / Fineliner with the characteristic screw-on cap (which, as is traditional for the StarWalker line, can be securely screwed onto the end cap during writing for perfect balance). The photographs showing the pen dismantled confirm the perfect integrity and cleanliness of the original internal components, as well as the presence of the ink refill properly housed. The conservation state of this exemplar is to be considered in excellent overall condition. The carbon barrel appears solid and intact, and the metal parts retain a splendid sheen. In line with our usual and rigorous policy of total transparency, only microscopic and incidental signs of handling are noted (completely typical for the wide mirrored metal surfaces) due to extremely careful and respectful use, which in no way compromise the extraordinary aesthetic result or the perfect functionality of the piece. No personalized engravings are detected.
