Montblanc - Writers Edition Hommage à J.P

A0000004857 The fountain pen is in very good overall condition, presenting an elegant and well-cared-for appearance typical of a high-end collectible. The body in solid sterling silver 925 maintains its original brushed lines correctly, with a uniform shine and excellent definition in the engravings and manufacturing contrasts. The cap perfectly preserves the characteristic black and gold geometric pattern inspired by the Art Deco style, one of the most distinctive elements of this Writers Edition dedicated to J.P. Morgan. The metal details show only extremely light micro-scratches resulting from minimal handling and in keeping with the piece’s age, with no major dents, deformations, or structural losses. The bi-color nib in 18-karat white gold is in excellent visual and functional condition. The piston-fill system operates smoothly and precisely. The pen has been inspected and tested before sale, guaranteeing proper operation. The individual numbering “1036/4810” remains perfectly visible, confirming its belonging to the official Montblanc Writers Edition Hommage à J.P. Morgan. The original Montblanc box and documentation are included, items highly valued by collectors and that significantly increase the interest and value of the set. Conservation recommendations: it is recommended to use high-quality fountain pen inks and avoid pigmented inks. Clean with lukewarm water if not used for a while and dry completely before storing. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Operate the filling system gently to preserve the internal mechanism. Includes original Montblanc box and documentation. Happy bidding!
