Alle Auktionen / Etnografica / Natural Ruby Zoisite Display Piece | Unique Mineral Art...
A high-quality Ruby Zoisite statement specimen, mounted on a bespoke display stand and created to be a true centerpiece in any mineral collection. The specimen is richly covered with vivid ruby-red crystals, with some individual crystal formations reaching approximately 40 mm in length. These stand out beautifully against the contrasting green Zoisite matrix, while scattered black Biotite inclusions add further depth and texture to the overall composition. The contrast between the deep red Ruby, fresh green Zoisite and dark Biotite gives this piece an exceptionally dramatic appearance. From every angle, new crystal formations and color relationships become visible, making it a specimen that rewards close viewing. Product Details Mineral: Ruby in Zoisite Main Features: Numerous visible Ruby crystals Ruby Size: Individual crystals up to approx. 40 mm Matrix: Green Zoisite Additional Mineral: Black Biotite inclusions Presentation: Mounted on a bespoke display stand Quality: High quality Character: Large, decorative and highly collectible Suitable for: Mineral collectors, display cabinets, statement interiors and high-end specimen collections What Makes This Piece Special The outstanding feature is the density and size of the Ruby crystals distributed throughout the Zoisite. Rather than appearing as small scattered spots, several Ruby formations are clearly pronounced and visually dominant. The natural color contrast is equally impressive. The saturated crimson to magenta-red Ruby crystals appear almost illuminated against the green Zoisite, while the black Biotite creates darker areas that make the red and green tones stand out even more strongly. Its sculptural natural form, substantial size and purpose-made stand give the specimen the presence of a museum-style mineral display rather than an ordinary cabinet piece. A True Collection Centerpiece This is the type of specimen that can become the visual anchor of a mineral collection. It combines strong mineralogical interest, dramatic natural coloration and substantial display presence in one piece. For collectors of Ruby, Zoisite, African minerals or unusual statement specimens, it offers an especially attractive combination of large visible Ruby crystals and beautifully contrasting matrix material.
