Vintage choker necklace in 750 white/grey gold, 34.1 g, in its Lutz Paris case Elegant vintage choker in 18-karat white gold/grey gold, presented in its antique case signed Lutz, Bijoutier-Joaillier, Paris. The necklace features a beautiful, supple, articulated mesh with a chevron / woven ear motif, punctuated by small linking elements.
