Alle Auktionen / Zeitgenössische Kunst / Nicole Lubbers - Hoog Bezoek XL
icole Lubbers is a Dutch visual artist from the eastern part of the country. She is known for her innovative and idiosyncratic approach to art and works with various styles, techniques and image forms. In her work, color, movement, expression and emotion play an important role. Themes such as resilience, strength, transformation and overcoming challenges regularly inspire her creations. Her international career has developed strongly in recent years. Lubbers was named Artist of the Year 2024 during the Belgrade Biennale, received the Institutional Award of the Municipality of Montecosaro and achieved second place at the World Art Awards as Most Innovative Artist 2024. In addition, she was listed among the 100 best female artists in the world and recognized as Master in Art. Internationally her work has been exhibited and planned for exhibitions in New York, Venice, Florence, Belgrade, Belgium, China and Montecosaro, alongside exhibitions in Dutch galleries. A particularly high point is Beyond the Surface, a solo exhibition on Times Square in New York. Additionally, Nicole presents together with artist Michael Lam the exhibition Harmony in Motion: Two Artists, One Vision. Two different artistic worlds come together and form a joint dialogue around movement, color, creativity and transformation. Nicole Lubbers’ work is more than just a visual image. Her compositions invite reflection on perseverance, growth and overcoming challenges. The powerful colors and dynamic imagery make her work a striking statement within both modern and classical interiors. Digital artwork on canvas This artwork is a digital artwork, designed by Nicole Lubbers and printed on high-quality canvas. It involves no mixed media and the canvas is not hand-painted or post-processed. The strength of the work lies in the image composition, the use of color and the distinctive appearance of the design. By printing on canvas, the digital artwork receives a high-quality presentation suitable for different interior styles. Delivery and presentation The artwork is delivered without a frame and without a cradle frame. You receive the canvas carefully rolled, so you can determine how you want to present the artwork yourself. You can have the canvas framed, for example, or have it stretched on a cradle frame by a professional framer. Important when stretching: please note that for stretching the canvas you need at least 5 cm of extra canvas on each side. This margin is necessary to fold and secure the fabric around the cradle frame. Therefore, when determining the final size, account for a minimum 5 cm extra margin on the top, bottom, left and right sides. Besides her work as a visual artist, Nicole Lubbers is also known as a doll maker. The artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity.
