The elegant pocket watch chain is worked in foam gold / gold doublé and is labeled as "Am.Doublé" in the same designation. It also bears the master mark of the Kuttroff brothers, Pforzheim, from around 1900. The gilded watch chain is made from sections of curb links and decorative links. The ends each carry a spring ring as well as a karabiner clasp. In the middle there is a large ring eye with suspension functioning as a "runner." From this hangs a signed gold-doublé pendant by Oresto in tombak with 12% gilding. This pendant is set with an oval faceted madeira-colored quartz in a classic Art Deco ornament mount, pendant length about 3.3 cm, width about 1.5 cm. An original, signed goldsmith’s work from around 1890/1900 in worn and well-kept condition. Shipping is in a new jewelry case / jewelry pouch.
