Brand new with box, papers and official 2-year warranty. Riva is born where water meets land: an automatic diver that harmonizes underwater vocation with a classy everyday character. This is the steel version, with the case left in its natural color and a finish that alternates polished and brushed surfaces, for a clearer and more classic look compared to the plated versions. The dial is blue tone-on-tone with a sunray finish: light passes through it and changes its depth with every wrist movement, from bright blue to near-night blue. The applied hour markers are all luminescent, as are the hands, for immediate readability even underwater and in the dark. The bezel insert is steel, not aluminum: it resists scratches, does not fade, and ages with the case rather than before the case. The dual polished and brushed finish makes it legible in all lighting conditions. From the exhibition caseback you can observe the Japanese automatic movement at work, with the Norton-custom rotor recharging with every wrist movement.
