One may notice a portrait of DeWitt Clinton at left that was later used for $1000 Legal Tender Notes while the signature of President Lyman Truman can be seen at right. A missing corner and margin issues are among the faults that may be observed. This institution ultimately became the First National Bank of Owego (Charter# 1019) in 1865. Estimate: $100 - $200.
